What it does

The Cap Table Dashboard helps legal and company teams maintain a view of the company’s fully diluted basis capitalisation. It brings together share classes, allotments, stakeholders, and the ESOP pool to display ownership information and a fully diluted view based on the configured assumptions.

The dashboard includes share-class summaries and an Excel export for review or sharing.

How it works

Record financing rounds, share classes, and allotments to stakeholders. The dashboard uses those records and the configured ESOP pool treatment to calculate share totals and ownership percentages.

Review the dashboard and export a cap-table workbook when needed. Where valuation figures are displayed, they depend on the recorded inputs and calculation assumptions.
