Shaping The Future Of Legal Services With Technology & Expertise
valuing efficiency & harnessing the power of technological & process innovations
Our founding philosophy: innovation in legal services

The Collective
Behind the tech stack is a team of distinct individuals who are curious, driven, and slightly obsessive about details. We leverage automation not to replace the lawyer, but to free us up to be the strategic partners you actually need.

Lalu John Philip
Lalu was waiting for this year to begin just so he could say he has 15 years of experience in PE and M&A. He estimates, based on a back-of-the-envelope calculation, that he has worked on well over a hundred deals. He is the author of zero books, but a reader of many. He prefers to save his writing energy for capturing hidden risks in agreements, although he has now begun to fear that energy reserve is being drained by prompting AI models.

Deeksha Katarki
Deeksha graduated from ILS Law College, Pune in 2018 and spent the next few years exploring almost every area of law, carefully avoiding corporate, until 2024, when she joined Boolean Legal and realised she actually quite 'enjoys' the delicate art of discussing founder clawbacks. She now works end to end on venture capital transactions and general corporate matters, assisting founders and investors through the lifecycle of a deal. Outside the office, she prefers being outdoors. She is usually training for her next run, quietly trying to beat her personal best while pretending she is not taking it very seriously.

Sambhram Shetty
Sambhram has been a corporate lawyer since 2023, focusing primarily on private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly drafts and reviews transaction documents and prepares detailed due diligence reports, working closely with clients to help them navigate complex deals with clarity and confidence. Beyond transactions, he also assists clients with labour and employment matters, general corporate advisory, and a range of commercial issues, bringing a practical and solution-oriented approach to his work. He enjoys long strolls to stay connected with nature and spends time at the gym, pursuing strength, stamina, and occasionally, the motivation to go. On the weekend, he swaps legal documents for guitar strings, as a budding guitarist who prefers keeping his fingertips busy with chords rather than keyboards.

Ishmeet Kaur Saluja
Ishmeet graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) in 2025. She works on venture capital and corporate advisory matters at the firm. She asks many questions (some say 100, she says “just enough”), enjoys getting her head around vesting schedule maths, and is known to let out a discreet “yayy” when staffed on a new transaction - strictly internal, of course. She particularly enjoys the spirited back-and-forth that unfolds in the comments of a transaction document, a tendency that traces back to her years as a debater since school. Ishmeet was a state-level fencing athlete. Outside work, you’ll also find her attempting a new side quest every weekend and, as a forever curious learner, attending lectures on subjects she understands at a proudly elementary-school level.

Byeongwoo Park
Byeongwoo is a budding professional in the fields of private equity, venture capital, and general counsel advisory, and a survivor of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, where he earned his B.A., LL.B. degree. He began his exciting law firm career with a vision of building a cross-border practice between India and South Korea, because one jurisdiction was simply not stressful enough. Away from the world of law, Byeongwoo enjoys singing, music, and video games, activities he considers essential to maintaining his legal sanity.
