What it does

The DD Report Generator assembles recorded due diligence findings into a structured report. It summarises issues by category and assigned risk level, helping reviewers and clients see where findings are concentrated and which matters need closer attention. It also prepares various graphs and executive summary for the report.

How it works

Record or import findings under diligence categories such as Corporate, Share Capitalisation, Employment, Intellectual Property, Regulatory, and Litigation. Assign a risk level to each finding.

The generator uses those entries to prepare category summaries, a findings dashboard, and risk heatmaps, and incorporates the visuals into a report for download and review.
