What it does

The ESOP Management Portal helps a company and Boolean Legal maintain records of employee option grants and related documents. It tracks grants, vested and unvested options, exercises, and options returned to the pool.

It also supports document preparation and provides an employee-facing view of individual grant information and documents.

How it works

Create or update employee and grant details in the company’s portal. Use the recorded information to generate Word drafts of grant letters, option agreements, and offer letters from configured templates.

Employees can access their own grant information and documents through their individual portal. Boolean Legal manages the application for the company.

Who it is for

The tool is intended for approved client companies and their participating employees, with company administration and employee access provided through their respective portals.
