What it does

The Issues List Generator helps legal teams prepare structured review tables from tracked Word drafts and comparison PDFs. It creates a starting point for analysis, allowing the reviewer to focus on the substance of the changes.

How it works

Upload a tracked Word document, a comparison PDF, or a ZIP containing supported files. Run the generator, then download and review the output.

Word drafts produce a six-column tracked-changes table. PDFs produce a five-column issues list.

Who it is for

The tool is intended for Boolean Legal’s internal legal team to support contract review and the preparation of issues lists.

Review and limitations

The generated output requires legal review. It may omit or misinterpret changes and should be checked against the source documents before it is shared or relied upon. It does not replace review of the underlying contract.
