What it does

The Online Document Editor lets authorised users open and work on supported documents through a browser. It is integrated with the firm’s document-sharing environment so teams can review and revise shared files without exchanging a separate attachment for every change.

How it works

This is a third party tool (OnlyOffice) hosted on firm's environment.

Open a supported document from the Shared Data Room. The editor loads the file in the browser with the viewing, editing, or review functions available to that user.

Where supported, participants can add comments, use tracked changes, or co-edit the document. Changes are saved back to the shared file through the configured integration.

Who it is for

The editor is intended for Boolean Legal’s internal legal team and guest users invited to review or collaborate on specific documents without a login or account.
