What it does

The Playbook Analyser helps legal teams assess multiple contracts and transaction documents against a specific review criteria. It produces a structured table of answers and supporting source passages, and is flexible enough to be used either as a starting point or for final sanity check.

How it works

Upload supported Word documents or PDFs and select the criteria set from the knowledge base to assess. Run the analyser and download the Word output.

The output contains three columns: the question, the generated answer, and the source passages identified as supporting that answer.

Who it is for

The tool is intended for Boolean Legal’s internal legal team to support document review, contract analysis, and the preparation of review checklists.

Review and limitations

Supporting passages should be checked in their full context, including related definitions, exceptions, schedules, and cross-references.

Scanned, image-only PDFs and legacy .doc files are not supported. Review the output against the source documents before sharing or relying on it. The tool does not replace review of the underlying documents.
