How it works

Create or open a matter folder, organise its documents, and grant the appropriate access to participants.

Authorised users can upload and download documents through the available interfaces. Depending on the permissions and features enabled for the matter, participants can also comment on files, synchronise documents, or use configured sharing links.

The data room is intended for Boolean Legal’s internal legal team, client counsel, and other authorised participants who need to exchange documents on a matter.
