What it does

The VC Deal Automator helps prepare first drafts of documents relevant to venture capital transactions using term-sheet information and additional deal inputs.

It provides a starting point for drafting and negotiation, reducing the manual work of assembling documents from transaction details. It is separate from the Document Automator, which handles general agreements such as NDAs.

How it works

Upload a term sheet, provide the additional information needed for the transaction, and generate the selected documents.

Where enabled for a matter, an invited participant can use a document-specific workflow to complete or adjust relevant inputs and generate an initial draft of that document.

Who it is for

The tool is intended for Boolean Legal’s internal legal team and authorised participants invited to use specific document-generation workflows.
