On June 10, 2026, AI-powered wealth management start-up HyperNorm AI announced that it had completed a US$ 2.2 million Seed funding round co-led by Capital 2B and SenseAI Ventures, with participation from Boundless Ventures, iOPEX Technologies, and angel investors Dr. Amit Sheth and Bhavin Manek. Boolean Legal advised Capital 2B on the transaction.

Founded in 2024 by Keyur Faldu and Peeyush Jain, HyperNorm AI is building a decision intelligence platform for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and wealth advisors. The platform combines causal reasoning, financial intelligence, and explainable AI to help advisors identify which portfolios require attention, understand the drivers behind change, and recommend actions aligned with each client's investment mandate. The company currently serves paying customers across the United States, Singapore, and India.

The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand HyperNorm AI's presence across the United States and other key international markets, and strengthen its engineering and AI research teams.

Capital 2B is a venture fund backed by LPs such as Info Edge and Temasek, investing in early-stage, science- and technology-led businesses.
