Boolean Legal represented PopReach Corporation (dba Ionik), a leading data-driven marketing technology company based in Ontario, in a significant transaction involving the sale of its subsidiary, PopReach Technologies Private Limited ("PopReach India"). PopReach India, a renowned live operations games studio located in Bangalore, India, has been acquired by Phoenix Games Holdings UK Ltd. ("Phoenix").

The transaction, which includes the sale of substantially all of PopReach's mobile games portfolio, reached a total aggregate purchase price of up to US$9.8 million. This sale marks a pivotal move in the mobile gaming industry and underscores PopReach’s strategic realignment of its business operations.
