Boolean Legal advised Stimuler, an AI-powered English learning platform, on its $3.75 million pre-Series A funding round completed on April 30, 2025. The round was co-led by LSIP and SWC, with participation from M Venture Partners (MVP), Force Ventures LLP, Rebright Partners, GradCapital, and Operators Studio.

Founded in 2022 by Anesh Srivastav, Akshay Akash, Akshat Baranwal, and Ankit Kumar Pandey, Stimuler leverages artificial intelligence to provide immersive learning experiences for non-native English speakers seeking to enhance their spoken English proficiency. The company plans to deploy the new capital to scale its platform to serve over 100 million English learners globally while building a category-defining product with global reach from its Indian base.

Linkrunner Raises $560K Pre-Seed Round for AI-Powered App Analytics Platform

Boolean Legal also advised Linkrunner on its $560,000 pre-seed funding round announced on July 8, 2025. Titan Capital led the round, with participation from angel investor Samir Sood and early-stage venture firm 2AM.VC.

Co-founded by Shreyans Sancheti and Darshil Rathod, Linkrunner is developing India's first AI-powered mobile measurement partner, addressing critical gaps in app analytics for Indian startups. The funding will accelerate talent acquisition, product development, and market expansion initiatives.
