Our internship program offers ambitious law students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a specialist VC and tech law practice. You'll work closely with our associates, supporting them on live deals and advisory matters.
Assist with legal research, draft foundational documents (NDAs, corporate resolutions), support due diligence processes, prepare research memoranda, and gain exposure to the lifecycle of venture deals and tech company counsel. We also encourage interns to give presentations on topics of interest to stay updated on the latest legal developments
Practical insight into VC/M&A transactions, exposure to AI and tech law issues, mentorship from experienced lawyers, and a solid foundation for a career in corporate/tech law.
